At BeautyBig, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy for both defective and non-defective products.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a Request – Please use our Contact Us form on the BeautyBig website within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide as many details as possible, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval & Instructions – Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Ship the Product – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Refund or Exchange Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange if requested. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us using the Contact Us form within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or altered products
